How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Plumbing trouble rarely waits for a convenient moment. A burst pipe, a blocked drain or a failing water heater can cause serious damage in a matter of hours if it isn't dealt with straight away. That is exactly why fast access to a 24-hour emergency plumbing repair service matters so much.

At CleanWhale we arrange emergency pipe and drain cleaning that keeps your home in Bydgoszcz safe and comfortable. The specialists we work with are ready to step in whenever a problem strikes.

When Do You Need an Emergency Plumber?

Some plumbing faults can sit for a day or two; others demand action immediately. Recognising when to call a 24-hour emergency plumbing repair service can save you money, time and a great deal of property damage.

Signs You Need an Emergency Plumber

Burst Pipes – A leaking or ruptured pipe can flood rooms fast and must be repaired without delay.
Severely Clogged Drains – When water stops draining altogether, the blockage usually sits deep in the pipework.
Overflowing Toilets – A toilet that keeps running or spills over needs urgent attention.
Sewage Backup – Foul smells or wastewater rising back into sinks and tubs call for sewer plumbers near me.
No Water Supply – Taps that run dry can signal a major fault in the system.

Putting these problems off tends to turn a modest repair into an expensive, structural one.

What Does an Emergency Plumbing Service Include?

A proper plumbing service repair covers a broad range of issues. With CleanWhale, that includes:

Drain and Sewer Cleaning

Blocked pipes can escalate into sewage backups and flooding. Our specialists choose the right method based on how severe the blockage is:

Electromechanical Cleaning – A dedicated electric cable breaks up clogs and pulls out debris.
Hydrodynamic Cleaning – High-pressure water flushes away grease, rust and buildup inside the pipes.
Odour Diagnosis and Removal – When bad smells drift up from the drains, our specialists trace and fix the source.
Gutter and Storm Drain Cleaning – Clearing dirt, leaves and debris keeps rainwater flowing and prevents flooding.

If you have been looking up sewer plumbers near me anywhere from the city centre to Solec Kujawski, our experts make sure drainage problems are resolved quickly and cleanly.

How Much Does Emergency Plumbing Repair Cost?

The final cost depends on the type of fault and the method needed to fix it. On our platform the going rates are:

Drain Cleaning (electromechanical) – from 250 PLN.
Hydrodynamic Sewer Cleaning – from 450 PLN.
Odour Diagnosis and Removal – from 250 PLN.
Gutter and Storm Drain Cleaning – from 450 PLN.

CleanWhale keeps its pricing transparent and free of hidden fees, so customers in Bydgoszcz know the full amount before they confirm a booking.
