How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional mattress washing in Częstochowa

Allergens, dust mites, bacteria and viruses are the quiet threats to our wellbeing, buried deep inside a mattress where the eye never reaches. Fresh sheets alone simply are not enough — a genuinely clean mattress is what makes restful sleep possible. You do not need to do it every week, but a deep wash roughly twice a year, and especially after any illness, pays off. CleanWhale washes your mattress properly, right in your home anywhere in Częstochowa and the wider śląskie region.

How the mattress washing is done

Our specialists rely on a Kärcher machine, widely considered the finest tool for the job. High-temperature steam paired with professional hypoallergenic agents leaves you with a refreshed mattress the same day, cleared of dirt, mites and allergens. Nothing has to be carried anywhere — every step happens on site, whether you are in the city centre or out in Blachownia.

Washing an IKEA mattress

Plenty of homes across the Częstochowa area use IKEA mattresses with covers that cannot be removed, which makes home cleaning awkward. A spray of water and vinegar may freshen the surface, but it does nothing about viruses and mites. Professional chemical washing reaches inside the foam where household tricks fall short — and it starts from just 70 zł for a single mattress.

What mattress washing costs

Washing begins at 70 zł for a single mattress and 140 zł for a double. The full price appears before you confirm the order, with no hidden fees tacked on. For the first visit we recommend cleaning both sides for the best result.

Book mattress washing online

Select the mattress, choose a convenient slot and pay online — booking takes about a minute. You can add sofa, carpet or bed cleaning to the same visit. Order mattress washing in Częstochowa today.
