How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Restore the beauty of wooden windows in Dąbrowa Górnicza

Classic wooden window frames bring exceptional elegance and natural insulation to any home. Over years of exposure to seasonal weather in Zagłębie Dąbrowskie, wooden surfaces may fade, peel, and develop draughts. Rather than investing in expensive full replacements, comprehensive restoration gives your joinery a fresh lease of life. CleanWhale delivers expert wooden window renovation across Dąbrowa Górnicza, restoring authentic charm, surface durability, and proper weatherproofing.

What our window restoration service includes

Our experienced craftsmen carefully strip peeling coats of old varnish or paint, sand the wood smooth, repair cracks, and apply protective anti-fungal and moisture-resistant treatments. We follow up with high-grade primers, premium finishes, and newly fitted seals. If needed, we also adjust and maintain window fittings so every sash glides and latches effortlessly.

Predictable pricing with no surprises

We believe in straightforward quotes based directly on the number and condition of your window frames. Whether you live near central Dąbrowa Górnicza or neighboring communities like Będzin and Czeladź, you receive an upfront price before ordering and can securely pay online.

Book your window restoration online

Specify the details of your wooden windows, pick a date that fits your schedule, and finalize your booking in just a couple of minutes. Order your wooden window restoration in Dąbrowa Górnicza today and enjoy beautifully renewed frames.
