How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Revitalise your driveway and terrace in Inowrocław

Cobblestones and concrete pavers easily accumulate slippery moss, intrusive weeds and atmospheric grime over time, dimming the original colour of your exterior. CleanWhale provides heavy-duty paving stone cleaning across Inowrocław, restoring driveways, garden walkways and commercial courtyards to pristine condition. Our mobile teams also travel directly to surrounding areas such as Kruszwica and Mogilno.

What our pressure washing service covers

We deliver an intensive, multi-step renewal process:

High-pressure hydro-washing to blast away stubborn layers of soil and dark lichen.
Deep joint clearing to eradicate rooted weeds and dense moss colonies.
Debris rinsing and thorough clean-up of surrounding areas.
Optional kiln-dried sand refilling and protective hydrophobic sealing to safeguard against rapid re-soiling.

Competitive costs for paving cleaning in Inowrocław

We offer transparent rates starting from 15 zł per m². Pricing is tailored based on total square meterage, the level of dirt accumulation and additional finishes like surface impregnation. You will see the complete cost estimate before ordering without any surprise charges.

Fast online reservation

Input your approximate surface area, pick a suitable time slot and reserve your pressure washing in Inowrocław within a minute. Bring back the fresh look of your property with CleanWhale.
