What one visit includes

We cover everything the landlord usually nitpicks at handover.

Handover cleaning

Kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors — to the handover checklist, not just “our usual clean”.

Minor repairs

Dowel holes, chips and scratches, bulbs and small hardware — fixed on the spot.

Photo report

We record the state of every room after the work — dated, so there are no “it was different” disputes.

Documents

An invoice for the work done and, if needed, a letter to the landlord listing what was done.

How much it costs

Every case is different: the price depends on the difficulty, risk and value of the item. Send photos — we’ll name the exact amount before we start, and it won’t change.

Frequently asked questions

How much does preparing the apartment cost?

The price depends on the difficulty, risk and value of the item. The minimum master’s visit is 350 zł. We name the exact amount after a photo or description — before work begins, and it doesn’t change.

How quickly do you come?

Usually within 24–48 hours after the estimate is confirmed. If the handover is already tomorrow — call us, we’ll try to find a slot.

Do I need to be present?

Not necessarily. We’ll agree on access, and after the work we’ll send a photo report for each room.

What if the landlord still nitpicks?

You get a dated photo report and an invoice for the work — strong arguments in negotiations. If needed, we’ll prepare a letter to the landlord listing what was done.

Do you work only in Warsaw?

Yes, for now — Warsaw and the immediate surroundings.

Hand over the apartment without deposit deductions
