The price depends on the difficulty, risk and value of the item. The minimum master’s visit is 350 zł. We name the exact amount after a photo or description — before work begins, and it doesn’t change.

How quickly do you come?

Usually within 24–48 hours after the estimate is confirmed. If the handover is already tomorrow — call us, we’ll try to find a slot.

Do I need to be present?

Not necessarily. We’ll agree on access, and after the work we’ll send a photo report for each room.

What if the landlord still nitpicks?

You get a dated photo report and an invoice for the work — strong arguments in negotiations. If needed, we’ll prepare a letter to the landlord listing what was done.

Do you work only in Warsaw?
