How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Maintaining a swimming pool requires consistent technical care to prevent algae blooms, limescale buildup, and bacterial growth. CleanWhale delivers reliable swimming pool cleaning in Tychy for both private garden pools and commercial facilities across the region, including Bieruń and Bojszowy. We restore water clarity, disinfect surfaces, and ensure your pool remains safe and welcoming throughout the bathing season.

Comprehensive pool maintenance package

Our experienced technicians take care of all key elements required for hygienic pool operation:

Thorough scrubbing of basin walls, tile lines, and pool floors to eliminate mineral scale and biofilm
Manual vacuuming and debris extraction from the water surface and bottom
Skimmer basket cleaning, pump pre-filter inspection, and sand filter backwashing
Testing and balancing water chemistry (pH, free chlorine, and alkalinity)
Seasonal opening or post-winter drain-and-wash deep sanitation for empty pools

Transparent pool washing pricing in Tychy

We believe in upfront costs without hidden fees. The final price depends on the dimensions of your pool basin, the current level of fouling, and whether technical water balancing is required. You receive a calculated quote before confirming your booking, with secure cashless online payment.
