Jeżeli byłeś zadowolony z pracownika realizującego usługę (oceniłeś go na 5), zostanie on przydzielony do kolejnego zlecenia

If you have just moved to Gdansk, the hard part is rarely the cleaning itself — it is arranging it. Most listings are in Polish, quotes arrive by phone, and it is not obvious what is included until somebody is already standing in your hallway. This page is for the part of the city that works, studies and rents in English.
Everything below happens in English: the booking form, the confirmation, the messages before the visit and any question afterwards. You do not need a Polish phone number and you do not need to call anyone.
The price is calculated from the size of the flat and the scope you choose, not from hours worked. It is shown before you confirm and it does not change afterwards. Common extras have their own fixed prices: oven 40 zł, extractor hood 40 zł, inside of kitchen cupboards 59 zł, washing up 25 zł.
Rubbish sorting is mandatory in Gdansk and buildings differ in how bins are labelled. The cleaner sorts to the rules of your building, so you are not the neighbour who gets it wrong.
You do not have to be at home. Most customers leave a key, use a key safe or a code lock. If you would rather be there for the first visit and hand over the keys afterwards, that works too.
Old tenements and lifts. In the Old Town and Kazimierz many buildings have no lift and narrow staircases. It changes nothing about the price — but do mention the floor when booking so the visit is planned with the right amount of time.
The single most common reason expats book us is the end of a tenancy. In Poland the deposit is returned on the state of the flat at handover, and landlords check the oven, the extractor hood, the inside of cupboards, the grout and the window frames — the places nobody cleans while living there. That is a different job from a regular clean: end-of-tenancy cleaning.
For short-stay hosts the turnaround between guests is a separate service with its own standard and timing — see Airbnb cleaning in Gdansk.
Weekly 20% off, fortnightly 15%, monthly 10%, with no contract and no notice period. Details under cleaning subscription, full price list under prices.
Support, booking and written communication are in English. Cleaners themselves speak varying levels of English — but the visit is driven by a checklist agreed in advance, so nothing depends on a conversation at the door.
By card, bank transfer or cash, after the work is done. No prepayment and no Polish bank account needed.
Often the same day, depending on availability. Fridays and weekends are the busiest.
No. Products and equipment are included in the price.
Yes, for a private person or a company.
Tell us the same day and we come back and finish it. That is simpler than arguing about it later.
