The lady did not perform the service properly. Unfortunately, this was the last time I ordered a cleaning service from your company. The cleaning was supposed to last from 7:30 to around 15:00 - that information was shown on the website, and the cleaning lady wrote a message at 12:45 that it was done. There was a dead bee on the windowsill in the children's room, the toilet was cleaned carelessly, I asked the lady to vacuum the sofa, which was not done at all. Crumbs on the table, dust on the shelves after cleaning, furniture was wet. I mentioned that we have ants in the apartment, I asked for a thorough cleaning of the floor (there was flour sprinkled to deter the ants, which was done superficially). The children's beds were not made, even though we left the house and I said that there was no need to change the bedding, but every previous cleaner made the bed nicely - unfortunately not this lady. I am very dissatisfied and would gladly demand a refund. :( A drama. I know that the service cost 40% less because I received a discount code, but being pregnant and having 2 small children, I can clean better than your contractor. I do not recommend.

Pani nie wykonała usługi porządnie. Niestety to był ostatni raz kiedy zamówiłam usługę sprzątania z państwa firmą. Sprzątanie miało trwać od 7 30 do ok 15 - taka informacja pokazała mi się na stronie , a pani sprzątająca o godzinie 12 45 napisała wiadomość że jest posprzątane. Na parapecie w pokoju dzieci była martwa pszczoła, toaleta posprzątana niedbale, prosiłam panią aby odkurzyła sofę , nie zostało to w ogóle zrobione. Okruszki na stole, kurz na półkach po sprzątaniu, zalane meble. Mówiłam że mamy mrówki w mieszkaniu, prosiłam o dokładne posprzątanie podłogi (była tam nasypana mąka aby odstraszyć mrówki, zrobione to zostało pobieżnie.) łóżka dzieci nie pościelone , mimo że wyszliśmy z domu i mówiłam że nie trzeba zmieniać pościeli, ale każda poprzednia sprzątaczka poscielila ładnie łóżko - niestety nie ta pani. jestem bardzo niezadowolona i najchętniej żądalabym zwrotu pieniędzy. :( dramat. Wiem że usługa kosztowała 40% taniej ponieważ dostałam kod rabatowy ale sama będąc w ciąży i z 2 małych dzieci potrafię posprzątać lepiej niż Państwa wykonawczyni. Nie polecam
