I ordered a thorough cleaning of the apartment, but the quality of the service turned out to be very uneven. The bathroom and refrigerator were cleaned very nicely and without complaint. Unfortunately, in other areas, the work was done superficially: the baseboards and light switches were overlooked throughout the house, the doors were not cleaned thoroughly, the furniture was not moved (there was dust and debris under the glass table in the hallway and the sofa on the balcony), and in my daughter's room, the dollhouse was missed. In the kitchen, only part of the inside of the cabinets was cleaned, and the need to clean the cutlery drawer was met with loud complaints from the cleaning lady. Unfortunately, at this price and scope of service, I expected much greater precision and professionalism.

Zamówiłam obszerne sprzątanie mieszkania, jednak jakość usługi okazuje się bardzo nierówna. Łazienka oraz lodówka zostały umyte bardzo ładnie i bez zarzutu. Niestety w pozostałych miejscach praca została wykonana pobieżnie: w całym domu pominięto listwy przypodłogowe i włączniki światła, drzwi nie wyczyszczono dokładnie, meble nie były przesuwane (pod szklanym stolikiem w przedpokoju i wypoczynkiem na balkonie został kurz i śmieci ), a w pokoju córki pominięto domek dla lalek. W kuchni umyto tylko część wnętrza szafek, a konieczność wyczyszczenia szuflady ze sztućcami spotkała się z głośnym narzekaniem ze strony Pani sprzątającej. How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.
