Polecam, rzetelnie posprzątaneI ordered an experienced contractor (1.2 times the price), the company sent someone without experience without warning or asking me. In the form, I wrote that there was a possibility of an earlier time, but to confirm it. The lady came 2 hours earlier without informing me and was surprised that no one was home. I asked her to have a mop and a bucket - she didn't have a bucket. The quality of cleaning was below any level. I reported to the company on an ongoing basis, they seemed to respond, the lady made corrections, but the quality did not improve. Basic things like: cleaning the mirror up to the height of the cosmetics standing on the shelf (without lifting them), skipping cleaning the faucets while washing the sink or basin, lack of washing - just wiping the fronts, microwave - lots of smudges, desk without even wiping the base of the monitor, etc. The lady also did not know the scope of cleaning she was supposed to do, surprised that she also had to make the beds or change the bedding (it was prepared), the windowsill was skipped in the cleaning. It's hard to even list everything. After I pointed out to the lady, she started crying. After informing her that I had to leave (the cleaning was dragging on due to corrections), the lady took 15 minutes to gather and dress, which made me late with my child for classes. I will add a few photos although I mainly have videos. Unfortunately, the company does not take responsibility, they offer a discount despite failing on all fronts. I believe that the ORDERED service

Uważam że ZAMÓWIONA uslugaEnter your address when booking to confirm that this professional can serve your area.
