How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Deep carpet cleaning in Rzeszów

A vacuum cleaner can only do so much — the toughest stains and stubborn odours stay locked in the pile. CleanWhale delivers thorough, through-the-fibre carpet cleaning across Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie region, lifting not just the dirt you can see but the grime buried deep in the weave. Our team travels to your home and does the whole job on the spot, frequently on the same day you place the order.

Kärcher technology at work

Every visit is carried out with professional Kärcher machines — a name trusted throughout the cleaning trade — paired with specialist solutions. Hot steam combined with powerful extraction kills dust mites and breaks down ingrained dirt, so your carpet ends up genuinely clean while keeping its original softness and true colour.

What deep carpet cleaning costs

Prices for deep carpet cleaning start from 10 zł per square metre. Just let us know how many square metres need attention and you will see the complete price before you confirm — there are no surprises added later. If you like, you can combine the visit with sofa, mattress or upholstery cleaning.

More than looks — it's about hygiene

Day after day a carpet traps far more than dust; it collects bacteria and allergens too. Cleaning it deeply on a regular basis is really an investment in the wellbeing of your household. The agents we use are hypoallergenic and rinsed out completely, so families in districts like Tyczyn, Krasne or Głogów Małopolski can trust the result around children and pets.

Order deep carpet cleaning online

Enter the size of your carpet, choose a time that suits you and pay online — the whole booking takes roughly a minute. Arrange deep carpet cleaning in Rzeszów today and come home to a fresh, hygienic space.
