How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional carpet cleaning

Ordinary vacuuming only lifts the surface dust, while dust mites, bacteria, allergens and grime settle deep in the pile where you never see them. CleanWhale offers professional carpet cleaning by extraction, with a visit to your home in Bydgoszcz, so your carpet gets back its colour, freshness and hygiene without ever leaving the house.

What carpet cleaning involves

We start by vacuuming the carpet thoroughly, then wash it with professional Karcher equipment and hypoallergenic agents. Hot steam and extraction reach deep into the fibres, dissolving dirt and lifting out stains, mites and odours. Finally we extract the water to shorten the drying time.

How much does carpet cleaning cost

We set the price by area and level of soiling - cleaning starts from 10 zł per square metre. You see the full amount before confirming the order, with no hidden fees.

Safe for pile and colour

We match the method and the agents to the type of carpet - including wool and long pile - so the fibres and colours are never harmed. Our agents are hypoallergenic and rinsed out thoroughly after cleaning, so the result is safe for children and pets.

Order carpet cleaning online

Enter the area and type of carpet, choose a time and pay online - booking takes about a minute, wherever you are in Bydgoszcz or nearby towns such as Koronowo. You can add sofa, mattress or upholstery cleaning in the same visit. Order carpet cleaning today.
