How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional mattress cleaning in Bydgoszcz

Coffee tipped over in bed, a child's little accident, creeping yellow marks and years of settled dust — a mattress conceals far more than the eye can spot. Baking soda and other home tricks perk up the surface but seldom reach the stains and allergens sunk deep in the foam. CleanWhale cleans your mattress professionally, in your own Bydgoszcz home, clearing out the stains, mites and bacteria that everyday methods leave untouched.

Why home methods are not enough

Soda, salt or vinegar might lift a fresh, shallow mark, yet they do nothing about the dust mites, bacteria and viruses lodged in the padding. The longer a stain lingers, the more stubborn it becomes — so moving quickly, with the right kit, really counts. Professional steam cleaning handles what home remedies simply cannot.

How we clean a mattress

Our specialist first vacuums the mattress, then works over it with a professional Kärcher steam machine and hypoallergenic agents. High-temperature steam dissolves ingrained dirt and destroys mites, bacteria and odours right through the foam. On the first visit we suggest doing both sides. The mattress is ready to sleep on the same day.

How much does mattress cleaning cost

Mattress cleaning starts from 70 zł for a single mattress. You will see the full price before you confirm — no hidden charges. Add bed, sofa or carpet cleaning to the same appointment if you like.

Book mattress cleaning online

Pick the mattress, choose a time that works and pay online — booking takes about a minute. Whether you are near the Brda in the centre or out in Żołędowo, invest in healthier, deeper sleep and order mattress cleaning in Bydgoszcz today.
