How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Expert Wooden Window Restoration in Przemyśl

Historic and classic wooden windows bring timeless elegance to Podkarpackie homes, but regular exposure to harsh weather inevitably causes flaking paint, grey wood fibres, and compromised thermal insulation. Replacing original frames is costly and often disrupts the architectural balance of your property. CleanWhale provides dedicated wooden window restoration in Przemyśl, breathing new life into authentic timber frames, enhancing their weather resistance, and preserving their traditional character.

Comprehensive Window Refurbishment Process

Our skilled craftsmen carry out a meticulous step-by-step restoration to ensure long-lasting results:

Removing peeling coatings, old varnishes, and accumulated paint layers
Precision wood sanding and levelling to reveal a smooth surface
Repairing cracks, gouges, and deep wood defects with durable fillers
Applying anti-fungal, moisture-blocking primers to protect timber against decay
Finishing with multiple protective coats of top-grade micro-porous paint or stain
Replacing damaged window putty, perimeter seals, and worn hardware components

Upfront Pricing for Window Renovation in Przemyśl

Transparency is key to our service. We provide fixed, upfront quotes based on the size, number, and condition of your window frames. Whether you live in central Przemyśl or residential areas like Bolestraszyce and Grochowce, you see the exact cost before confirming your order, with seamless and secure online payment.

Convenient Online Booking in Minutes
