How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Wooden Window Restoration in Tarnów

Historic and classic wooden windows bring timeless beauty to local architecture across Tarnów, from the historic town center to properties in Brzesko and Burzyn. Over time, seasonal weathering, UV radiation and moisture cause paint to crack and frames to deteriorate. Rather than spending a fortune on full replacements, our tailored restoration breathes new life into your original timber joinery while preserving its authentic charm.

Comprehensive Window Renovation Scope

Our specialists handle every stage of the restoration meticulously. We strip failing topcoats, sand down the raw wood, repair splits and hollows with durable wood fillers, and apply anti-fungal and moisture-resistant primers before giving the frames a flawless paint finish. We also install fresh perimeter gaskets and lubricate the hardware so each window operates smoothly and seals tightly against harsh weather.

Predictable Pricing for Window Restoration

With CleanWhale, you always know what you will pay before our technicians arrive. Our quotes are based clearly on the size, quantity, and overall condition of your wooden frames. There are no hidden fees or unexpected extras on site, and payment is processed securely online by card.

Book Your Window Restoration in Minutes

Simply select the number of windows requiring care, pick an appointment date that suits your routine, and confirm your order online. Whether you live in central Tarnów, Brzezówka, or nearby districts, schedule your wooden window restoration with CleanWhale today for warm, beautifully renewed windows.
