After informing her that I had to leave (the cleaning was dragging on due to corrections), the lady took 15 minutes to gather and dress, which made me late with my child for classes. W formularzu napisałam, że istnieje możliwość wcześniejszej godziny, ale żeby to potwierdzić. Pani przyszła 2h wcześniej o niczym nie informując i zdziwienie że nikogo nie ma w domu. Prosiłam żeby miała mopa i wiadro - nie miała wiadra. Jakość sprzątania poniżej jakiegokolwiek poziomu. Zgłaszałam do firmy na bieżąco, niby reagowali, pani poprawiała, ale jakość się nie podnosiła. Podstawowe rzeczy typu: mycie lustra do wysokości kosmetyków które stoją na regale (bez podnoszenia ich), pomijanie mycia baterii w myciu umywalki czy zlewu, brak mycia - jedynie przecieranie frontów, mikrofalówka - mnóstwo maz, biurko bez nawet przetarcia podstawy monitora itd itp. Pani nie znała też zakresu sprzątania na jakie przyszła, zdziwiona że należało też łóżka pościelić czy pościel wymienić (była naszykowana), parapet pominięty w sprzątaniu. Ciezko nawet wszystko wymienić. Po zwróceniu Pani uwagi, rozpłakała się. Po informacji, że muszę już wychodzić (sprzątanie przeciągało się z powodu poprawek), Pani zbierała i ubierala się ... 15 minut, przez co spóźniłam się z dzieckiem na zajęcia.
