How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional bed cleaning in Częstochowa

We swap the sheets and take it for granted that the bed is clean, yet beneath the linen the mattress and base quietly collect dust mites, bacteria and allergens that everyday care will never lift out. A thorough bed cleaning done every few months, and always after an illness, is the foundation of deep, healthy sleep. CleanWhale takes care of it for you at home across Częstochowa and the surrounding śląskie towns, from Blachownia to Kłobuck, so you never have to move a thing.

How the bed cleaning is carried out

Our specialist first vacuums the mattress thoroughly, then works over it with a professional Kärcher steam machine and hypoallergenic products. The hot steam penetrates deep into the padding, breaking down grime while eliminating mites and bacteria. On the first visit we suggest treating both sides of the mattress so nothing stays hidden inside. Your bed is dry and ready to sleep in the very same day.

What bed cleaning costs

Bed cleaning starts from 70 zł, while a double bed begins at 140 zł. The full price is shown before you confirm, so there are never any surprises added later. If you like, you can combine mattress, sofa or carpet cleaning and have everything handled in a single appointment.

Book bed cleaning online

Pick the service, choose a time that suits you and pay online — the whole booking takes roughly a minute. Whether you live near the centre of Częstochowa or out towards Żarki and Olsztyn, invest in better rest and a healthier home by ordering bed cleaning today.
