How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional bed cleaning in Rzeszów

Fresh sheets create the illusion of a clean bed, yet the mattress and base underneath quietly collect dust mites, bacteria and allergens that no amount of laundry can reach. A thorough bed cleaning every few months — and always after an illness — is the quiet foundation of deep, healthy sleep. In Rzeszów and nearby communities such as Tyczyn, Krasne and Głogów Małopolski, CleanWhale takes care of your bed right where it stands, so you never have to move or dismantle anything.

How our bed cleaning works

The specialist begins by vacuuming the mattress thoroughly, then works over the surface with a professional Kärcher steam machine and hypoallergenic solutions. The hot steam pushes deep into the padding, loosening ingrained dirt while neutralising mites and bacteria. On the first visit we suggest treating both sides of the mattress, so nothing hidden is left behind. Your bed dries quickly and is ready to sleep in the very same day.

What bed cleaning costs

Cleaning a single bed starts from 70 zł, while a double bed starts from 140 zł. The complete price appears on screen before you confirm — there is nothing hidden and nothing added later. If you like, combine the visit with mattress, sofa or carpet cleaning and have the whole bedroom refreshed at once.

Book bed cleaning online

Pick the service, choose a time that suits your day across the Podkarpackie region and settle up online — the whole booking takes about a minute. Give yourself better sleep and a healthier home: arrange bed cleaning in Rzeszów today.
