How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional bed cleaning in Bydgoszcz

We swap the sheets every week and assume our bed is spotless, yet the padding beneath the linen quietly collects dust mites, bacteria and allergens that no amount of laundering can reach. A thorough bed clean once every few months, and always after an illness, is one of the simplest ways to protect healthy, uninterrupted sleep. CleanWhale takes care of the whole job in your own home across Bydgoszcz and the kujawsko-pomorskie region, so you never have to move or lift anything.

How our bed cleaning is done

The specialist begins by vacuuming the mattress thoroughly, then works over the surface with a professional Kärcher steam machine and hypoallergenic products. The hot steam sinks deep into the filling, loosening trapped grime while neutralising mites and bacteria. On the first visit we suggest treating both sides of the mattress so nothing stays hidden in the seams. Whether you live near the city centre or out towards Osielsko or Solec Kujawski, the bed is dry and ready to use the same day.

How much does bed cleaning cost

Cleaning a single bed starts from 70 zł, while a double bed starts from 140 zł. The full amount is shown before you confirm the booking, so there are never any surprises added later. If you wish, you can combine the visit with mattress, sofa or carpet cleaning and have everything refreshed at once.

Book bed cleaning online

Pick the service, choose a time that suits your day and pay securely online — the whole booking takes roughly a minute. Give yourself better rest and a healthier home: arrange bed cleaning in Bydgoszcz today.
