How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional mattress washing in Częstochowa: a healthy habit

More and more residents are noticing just how strongly small healthy habits shape our bodies. Washing your mattresses is one of the easiest ways to breathe cleaner air at night and sleep more soundly. Yellow patches on a mattress are an unmistakable sign that it is high time to put your bed in order. CleanWhale washes your mattresses professionally, in your own home across Częstochowa, often the very same day.

Why regular mattress washing matters

Allergens, dust mites, bacteria and viruses settle deep in the padding, and changing the sheets does nothing to remove them. A wash roughly every six months, and always after an illness, keeps a bed truly clean. Picture a guest staying over near Kłobuck or Koziegłowy and helping you change the linen — you would far rather they saw a fresh surface than yellow stains.

How we wash mattresses

Our specialists work on site with a Kärcher machine, regarded as the best equipment for chemical mattress washing. High-temperature steam combined with professional hypoallergenic agents lifts out dirt, mites and allergens, and the mattress is refreshed the same day — with no trip to a laundry required anywhere in the śląskie area.

What mattress washing costs

Prices start from 70 zł for a single mattress — a modest amount for the peace of mind that your bed is free of contaminants. The full sum is shown before you confirm the order. Once a year it is worth washing both sides, since mites reach even the most hidden corners of the foam.

Book mattress washing online

Choose the mattress, pick a convenient time and pay online — the booking takes about a minute. Order mattress washing in Częstochowa today and notice how much better you rest.
