How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Mattress cleaning in Bydgoszcz: a habit worth keeping

More and more residents of the city are noticing just how strongly everyday habits shape their health. Cleaning your mattresses is among the easiest ways to breathe cleaner air at night and wake up genuinely rested. Yellowed patches on the surface are an unmistakable signal that it is high time to put your bed in order. CleanWhale cleans your mattresses professionally at home in Bydgoszcz, often on the very same day.

Why regular mattress cleaning matters

Allergens, dust mites, bacteria and viruses work their way deep into the padding, and swapping the sheets does nothing to remove them. A clean every six months, and always after an illness, keeps the bed truly hygienic. Picture a guest staying over and helping you change the linen — you would far rather they saw a fresh surface than tired yellow marks.

How we clean mattresses

Our specialists work on site with a Kärcher machine, regarded as the best equipment for chemical mattress cleaning. High-temperature steam combined with professional hypoallergenic agents lifts away dirt, mites and allergens, and the mattress is refreshed the same day — no trips to a laundry, whether you live downtown or out towards Osielsko or Białe Błota.

How much does mattress cleaning cost

Prices start from 70 zł for a single mattress — a modest sum for the reassurance that your bed is free of contaminants. The full amount is shown before you confirm the booking. Once a year it is worth cleaning both sides, since mites reach even the most hidden corners of the filling.

Book mattress cleaning online

Choose the mattress, pick a time that works for you and pay online — the booking takes about a minute. Arrange mattress cleaning in Bydgoszcz today and feel the difference in how you sleep.
