How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Professional mattress cleaning in Rzeszów: a healthy habit

More and more residents of the city are recognising how strongly small daily habits shape their health. Cleaning your mattresses is one of the easiest of them — a direct route to cleaner air in the bedroom and sounder sleep. Yellowing marks on a mattress are an unmistakable signal that the bed is overdue for attention. CleanWhale cleans your mattresses professionally in your own home across Rzeszów and towns like Łańcut and Głogów Małopolski, often the very same day.

Why regular mattress cleaning matters

Allergens, dust mites, bacteria and viruses work their way deep into the padding, and changing the sheets does nothing to remove them. A clean roughly every six months, and always after an illness, keeps a bed genuinely fresh. Picture a guest staying overnight and helping you change the linen — you would far rather they saw a spotless mattress than tell-tale stains.

How we clean mattresses

Our specialists work on site with a Kärcher machine, regarded as the best equipment for deep mattress cleaning. High-temperature steam combined with professional hypoallergenic agents lifts out dirt, mites and allergens, and the mattress is refreshed the same day — with no trip to a laundry required.

What mattress cleaning costs

Prices open at 70 zł for a single mattress — a modest sum for the confidence that your bed is free of contaminants. The full figure is shown before you confirm the order. Once a year it is worth treating both sides, since mites settle into the most hidden corners.

Book mattress cleaning online

Choose the mattress, pick a time that fits your week in the Podkarpackie region and pay online — booking takes about a minute. Arrange mattress cleaning in Rzeszów today and notice how much better you rest.
