Orders are placed through the form on the site — it is faster than a telephone call, because you see the full price and the available dates straight away. Questions about an existing booking go to the manager handling it.

When we work

Monday to Saturday, from eight in the morning until six in the evening. We do not work on Sundays; a request sent on a Sunday is carried out on Monday morning. An order placed before midday often finds a slot on the same day.

Where we come to

The whole of Lodz — Baluty, Gorna, Polesie, Srodmiescie and Widzew — and the agglomeration: Pabianice, Zgierz, Aleksandrow Lodzki, Konstantynow Lodzki, Andrespol. Travel inside that area is included in the price of the service.

What to have ready when you write

The number of rooms, the type of building — a block of flats or an old tenement, which changes both the time and the window count — and any extras you want: oven, fridge, windows, cabinet interiors. With that we can confirm a date and a final figure in one exchange rather than three.

Invoices and companies

We issue invoices as standard for businesses and on request for private clients, with the payment terms agreed. For a regular schedule all the visits in a month are collected into a single invoice with a list of dates.

Prices before you ask

One room 184,90 zł, two rooms 229,90 zł, three rooms 274,90 zł, minimum order 135 zł. Offices and commercial premises from 2 zł per square metre, minimum 200 zł. Carpets and upholstery from 120 zł.

If nobody can be at the flat

Key collection costs 30 zł and the return after the visit another 30 zł, and a code lock removes the problem entirely — the code goes to the manager once. When the work is finished the cleaner sends photographs of every room, so you can see what was done without having been there.
