Our experts have everything they need to clean the entire apartment and wash the windows. We use professional supplies, and every employee has a vacuum cleaner. You only need to open the door.

Yes, all dates and time are flexible. You will receive a confirmation SMS with a link to edit the date, time and cleaning parameters. If you booked a once a week cleaning, but rescheduled the date and it will take place in 10 days, your weekly discount will remain.

We also accept orders for Brovary, Irpin, Vyshhorod, Bucha and Vyshneve at no extra charge. Our cleaners can also provide services in other places located up to 40 kilometers from the city center. In that case, you will have to pay an extra fee of UAH 150 to 370.

We are an international company. We also work in Belarus: Minsk, Brest, Polotsk and Salihorsk, and also in Riga, Latvia.

We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you added a car or linked it, the sum will be blocked, but not charged – this means, if you cancel the order, money will be immediately unblocked. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time.

It is convenient to pay for cleaning using a linked card in your personal account - you do not need any additional actions, the sum is charged automatically after the completion of the order.

We do not sign a long-term contract - only one for each specific order. Therefore, the subscription can be canceled and quickly renewed. The whole mechanism is based on the fact that you do not need to remember when the is next cleaning and confirm it or make a new order. Subscription is not a way to get money in advance, but only a tool for convenient planning.

Cleaning services in Lodz — what we actually do

CleanWhale is a cleaning company working across Lodz and the surrounding towns. We clean flats, houses, offices and commercial premises, wash carpets and upholstery, clean windows and handle post-renovation work. Every price is shown in the booking form before you confirm a date — nothing is added on site.

How much a flat costs

A one-room flat is 184,90 zł, two rooms 229,90 zł, three rooms 274,90 zł. The minimum order is 135 zł. Extras are priced separately: a window is 40 zł per sash, an oven 40 zł, a fridge 40 zł, a cooker hood 40 zł, the inside of kitchen cabinets 59 zł, a balcony 30 zł.

Regular visits cost less

A fixed schedule earns a discount: 10% for two visits a month, 15% for weekly cleaning. There is no fixed-term contract and no cancellation fee — you change or cancel the schedule yourself. After the first visit you rate well, we try to send you the same cleaner every time.

Where we work

Across the whole of Lodz — Baluty, Gorna, Polesie, Srodmiescie and Widzew — and in the agglomeration: Pabianice, Zgierz, Aleksandrow Lodzki, Konstantynow Lodzki. Travel is included in the price; there is no mileage charge.

Old tenement flats take longer

Lodz has more nineteenth-century tenement buildings than any other Polish city. Three and a half metre ceilings mean half as much wall again as a block of flats of the same floor area, and old box windows mean twice the glass. Window cleaning is charged per sash, so a single box window counts as two items — it is worth knowing before you book.

Without you being at home

Key collection costs 30 zł and the return after the visit another 30 zł. When the work is finished the cleaner sends photographs of the rooms, which also serves as a record of the condition of the flat on that day.
