CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.
CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.
The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).
You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.
How we calculate VAT
CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.

Moving to another apartment in Warsaw, collecting furniture or transporting a few bulky items? The CleanWhale catalog offers a vehicle with a driver and, separately, a team of two movers. List your belongings and describe the route and building access so the scope of your move can be agreed.
Choose from two separate hourly services: vehicle hire with a driver, and two movers. Select transport for the journey and movers for carrying belongings. Each service has its own rate; loading help from the driver is agreed separately.
For furniture and bulky items, include dimensions and handling requirements so suitable transport can be agreed.
Select the services and time you need, then review the total. Check the minimum order value displayed on the page and the order summary before submitting your request.
The route, quantity of belongings, floors, lifts and distance from parking to the entrance help assess the time required. Describe difficult access and large items in the order comment.
Enter the collection address in the form and the destination address and route in the order comment. Include access information for both buildings to help plan loading and unloading.
Prepare boxes, protection for fragile items and a clear route to your belongings. Packing and materials are agreed separately from transport and movers. For help preparing your things, see packing for a move.
For furniture assembly after transport, select the tasks you need through the handyman service.
Select the services and time, enter your address and contact details, and describe the route in the comment. Review the selected work, minimum order value and total before submitting. Check that you have included the destination, floors and help required with carrying.
Describe the item, dimensions and access. Select transport and carrying help to suit the job, taking the displayed minimum order value into account.
For a journey between cities, use the separate intercity moving page so your request reflects that route.
Choose transport and moving help in the catalog above, add your route and review your order before submitting.
