I almost never leave comments, but now I have to, this lady is not suitable for this job. Just a regular weekly cleaning, and although we have used this agency many times, this is the first time my wife and I have been so disappointed. I took 2 rooms, a kitchenette, and additionally 2 hours of ironing, 1 hour more than usual - so we have +1 hour compared to the standard, but read on :) ...During the day I visited the bathroom and already in the cleaned one, I noticed that something was missing. Next to the toilet bowl lies a blue stick for refreshing the toilet with those pressed stars, bought in Biedronka, but apparently it was not clear what it was, the lady did not use it at all... but I skip to 30 minutes before the end of the order, the lady announces that she apologizes and will only iron for those 30 minutes unless I pay an additional 75 PLN, then she will do the full 2 hours as stated in the order. I say ok, a basket of laundry, something on the radiators - fine, at least it will be tidied up. And then :) after 2 hours of ironing, she says that almost the entire basket of laundry is still left, but there is no more time. I say, ok, I also don't have time to check and debate. However, in the evening I saw that indeed the lady ironed 10 T-shirts, 2 sweatshirts, and 2 children's clothes in 2 hours.. and that was not even the worst part. In the evening when I saw the amount of ironed clothes, I just laughed. I say, well, at least it was cleaned after so many hours - the lady cleaned longer than usual, and we have experience in how long everything takes and well, 1.5 hours

Prawie wcale nie dodaje komentarzy, ale teraz muszę, ta pani się nie nadaje do tej pracy. Zwykłe cotygodniowe sprzątanie, i choć wielokrotnie korzystaliśmy z tej agencji to pierwszy raz tak się przejechaliśmy z żoną. 2 pokoje, aneks i dodatkowo 2h prasowania wziąłem, 1h więcej niż zwykle - czyli mamy +1h względem standardu, ale czytajcie dalej :) ...W trakcie dnia odwiedzałem łazienkę i już w umytej, zauważałem, że już czegoś brakuje. Obok muszli klozetowej leży taki niebieski sztyft do odświeżania kibelka takimi wyciśniętymi gwiazdkami, kupione w biedronce ale chyba nie było wiadomo co to, pani nie użyła wcale... ale pomijam 30min przez końcem zlecenia Pani oznajmia, że przeprasza i tylko te 30 min poprasuje chyba że dopłacę 75PLN, to wtedy te pełne 2h jak było w zleceniu zrobi. Mówię ok, kosz prania, coś na grzejnikach - luz, będzie przynajmniej ogarnięte. A następnie :) po 2h prasowania, mówi że jeszcze został prawie cały kosz prania, ale nie ma już czasu. Mówię, ok, ja też nie ma czasu sprawdzać i debatować. Jednak wieczorem zobaczyłem, że faktycznie Pani przez 2h wyprasowała10 T-shirtów, 2 bluzy i 2 ciuszki dziecka wyprasowała.. a to jeszcze nie było najgorsze. Wieczorem jak zobaczyłem ilość wyprasowanych ciuchów to się tylko zaśmiałem. Mówię trudno, przynajmniej posprzątane po tylu godzinach - pani sprzątała dłużej niż zwykle, a mamy doświadczenie ile co zajmuje i no 1.5h
