Regular cleaning means a steady rhythm of visits rather than separate bookings. The flat never gets far from clean between visits, so each one takes less time and less work — and you pay less than for a one-off clean.

You do not sign a contract and you do not buy a package up front. You choose a frequency, and the discount is applied automatically to each booking.

Frequency discounts

• Once a week — −20%
• Every two weeks — −15%
• Once a month — −10%
• One-off — no frequency discount

For example, a studio at weekly visits is 189.90 zł for 3 hours, a two-room flat 234.90 zł for 4 hours and a three-room flat 279.90 zł for 5 hours. Current rates for your size are in the apartment cleaning price list.

What a visit covers

• Vacuuming and washing floors
• Dusting furniture, shelves and windowsills
• Kitchen: worktops, cupboard fronts, sink, hob, microwave outside
• Bathroom: basin, bath or shower, toilet, mirrors and taps
• Taking out the rubbish and changing bed linen if it is laid out

Every few months it is worth adding a deep clean to the routine, which covers windows, appliance interiors and grout.

For recurring visits we try to send the same person. That is a real difference: they know the layout, where things are kept and what you care about, so nothing needs explaining from scratch each time.

Regular cleaning is not a subscription

A subscription is a package bought in advance. Regular cleaning works differently: you pay per visit, and the discount follows the frequency you chose. You can move or cancel a date and change the rhythm at any point.

No. The discount follows the chosen frequency, not a contract. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Can I move or cancel a visit?

Yes. Cancelling a single visit does not void the frequency discount.

Will the same person always come?

We schedule it that way where we can. During holidays or illness a stand-in comes instead, and we tell you in advance.

Do I need to be there each time?

No. Most customers on a regular schedule leave keys or a door code.

Can I change the frequency?

Yes, at any time. The discount recalculates for the new rhythm at your next booking.
