I am surprised by the high ratings because I am not satisfied with the service. For the first time, I had to follow the cleaning lady because she either placed and left a wet mop on the wood, spilled water and did not clean it up, which also caused stains. She threw a wet cloth on my sheet, and instead of vacuuming first and then mopping, she soaked the entire floor and then vacuumed with a cordless handheld vacuum, which caused it to mold inside and the filter to break.
