Pros: 1. Nice couple, pleasant atmosphere, it was nice to chat 2. They were also open to pointing out some hidden spots to clean Cons: 1. The whole thing took an hour (work of 2 people) and compared to the previous girl (1 person and 3 hours) it was done less thoroughly, things like dusting or mopping the floors, there is a noticeable difference. I did mention that I had to leave by 1:30 PM (started at 11), but we didn't have to rush that much, which I think affected the thoroughness.
