Overall okay, but the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly, there were stains left, some furniture had visible dust, the kitchen table was not wiped, there were visible crumbs, additionally, the regular filtering jug was not even moved on the kitchen countertop, so everything under and behind it was left as it was :) and after the lady finished cleaning, she left the apartment and left a lot of shoe marks ;) I understand that the weather is bad now, but we, in turn, put on shoes right by the exit to avoid generating this dirt, and of course, I did not expect to have to clean up after the cleaning lady

Ogólnie ok, ale podłoga w łazience była umyta niedokładnie, zostały plamy, na niektórych meblach był widoczny kurz, stół w kuchni nie był wytarty, widoczne były okruchy, dodatkowo na blacie kuchennym nawet nie był odsunięty zwykły dzbanek filtrujący, więc pod nim i za nim wszystko zostało jak było :) no i po tym jak Pani poprzatala wyszła z mieszkania i zostawiła dużo śladów od butów ;) Rozumiem, że teraz słaba pogoda, ale my z kolei zakładamy buty tuż przy wyjściu, żeby nie generować tego brudu, no i oczywiście nie spodziewałam się że będę musiała sprzątać po Pani sprzątającej

How we issue invoices

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.
