Wszelkie próby wywierania nacisku, manipulacji bądź zastraszania będą wiązały się z odmową a w skrajnych przypadkach poskutkują zgłoszeniem do odpowiednich organów. Szantażowanie wystawieniem negatywnej oceny, która notabene resetuje się co miesiąc, nie tylko jest nieefektywne ale również wiąże się ze zgłoszeniem zamawiającego co może poskutkować blokadą konta. Nie wykonuję usług innych niż szerokopojęta konserwacja powierzchni płaskich.

Rzadko wystawiam negatywne opinie, bo wiem, że nie są one dla nikogo przyjemne. Staram się też zachować dystans i nie oczekuję perfekcji w każdym detalu. Nie należę do osób, które sprawdzają wszystko z białą rękawiczką czy oglądają każdy sprzątany element z lupą. Pani przyjechała punktualnie i była przesympatyczna. Podczas krótkiego oglądu mieszkania, jeszcze przed jej wyjściem, wszystko wyglądało w porządku. Niestety, dopiero później zauważyłam niedociągnięcia. W kilku miejscach kurz został wytarty tylko na części mebli tak, jakby pominięto fragmenty, do których wystarczyło przesunąć kilka figurek czy książek (załączam zdjęcia). Podłogi zostały umyte we wszystkich pomieszczeniach (przed wyjściem pani widziałam, że są mokre). Jednak wieczorem, kiedy weszliśmy z synem do jego pokoju, zauważyłam kilka zaschniętych plam, które powstały dwa dni wcześniej i nadal były widoczne. Oczekiwałabym, że po umyciu podłogi zostanie sprawdzone, czy zabrudzenia faktycznie zostały usunięte. Dodatkowo worek ze śmieciami został pozostawiony na korytarzu zamiast zostać zabrany i wyrzucony. To kolejna rzecz, którą trzeba było dopilnować już po zakończeniu sprzątania. W cenie sprzątania była również zmiana pościeli. Poprosiłam panią tylko o założenie świeżej pościeli na łóżko syna, jednak prześcieradło z gumką zostało założone bardzo niedbale, bez właściwego dopasowania jego rogów do materaca. Efekt
