Unfortunately, the quality of the services has significantly declined, the apartment was cleaned superficially, the floors were not washed at all, only poorly vacuumed. There were very visible streaks on the washed windows and mirrors caused by the use of too much cleaning product and inadequate cleaning; I see no reason why I had to pay extra for window cleaning if I then had to clean them again myself. There were large stains on the kitchen countertop that required more thorough cleaning. Additionally, there were dirt deposits in the corners and on the cabinets in the bathroom, and the shower itself was not descaled. Furthermore, once again, a person who does not speak Polish showed up for the cleaning. This is a recurring issue, and the company does not mention anywhere about potential language barriers. It would not be a big problem if it were easy to communicate with the workers even in English. After this experience, I no longer trust the company or any level of professionalism from the workers. After reporting my concerns about the order to customer service, I was offered only a coupon for the next cleaning as compensation. This is not a favorable offer if I have to worry every time whether the apartment will actually be cleaned.

Niestety jakość usług znacząco spadła, mieszkanie zostało posprzątane szczątkowo, podłogi nie były wcale myte, jedynie niedokładnie odkurzone. Na mytych oknach i lustrach zostały mocno widoczne smugi spowodowane użyciem nadmiaru środka i niedokładnego czyszczenia, nie widzę powodu dla którego musiałem dopłacić za czyszczenie okien jeżeli sam potem musiałem je ponownie czyścić. Nie był by to duży problem gdyby z pracownikami nie było ciężko się dogadać nawet po angielsku. Po tym doświadczeniu nie mam już zaufania do firmy i jakiegokolwiek poziomu profesjonalizmu od pracowników. Po zgłoszeniu uwag do zamówienia do obsługi serwisu w ramach rekompensaty zaproponowano zaledwie kupon na kolejne sprzątanie. Nie jest to korzystna propozycja jeżeli za każdym razem mam się obawiać czy mieszkanie faktycznie zostanie sprzątnięte.

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.

How we calculate VAT

CleanWhale charges VAT only on its own remuneration, not on the value of the service — the seller of the service is the Contractor, not CleanWhale. Our invoice: the Order Handling Fee plus 23% VAT, fully deductible on your side. The Contractor's invoice: VAT depends solely on their status. There is no double taxation — VAT appears at most once on each side.
