I would like to file a complaint regarding the cleaning service after renovation with the number #270560, for which we paid 768 PLN. First of all, I would like to point out that we have no objections to the lady who came to perform the service. Our comments concern the way the order was executed and whether the service actually corresponded to what we paid for. We ordered specialized cleaning after renovation, not standard apartment cleaning. We clearly indicated that the premises were after renovation and there was a lot of dust in it. Meanwhile, the lady came alone, without specialized equipment, having only a small car vacuum cleaner. In practice, there was nothing that distinguished the execution of this service from ordinary cleaning. It is hard for us to accept such a situation, especially considering the price of 768 PLN. When ordering a service dedicated to post-renovation cleaning, we expected appropriate preparation, proper equipment, and methods that would effectively remove dust and dirt characteristic of an apartment after renovation. Since we informed about the specifics of the premises at the ordering stage, we should not have to additionally ensure that the contractor would be prepared to perform the service according to its purpose. In the current situation, we feel that we paid a high amount for a service that did not meet either our definition of post-renovation cleaning or justified expectations.

CleanWhale operates as an intermediary platform (marketplace) that connects you with independent Contractors providing cleaning and other services.

CleanWhale issues you a VAT invoice only for the Order Handling Fee — our remuneration for intermediary services: selecting and verifying the Contractor, coordination, and handling documents and payments.

The service is provided and documented directly by the Contractor, who issues you a separate document for its full value: a VAT invoice if the Contractor is an active VAT payer (VAT deductible on your side), or an invoice without VAT or a bill if the Contractor is exempt (a tax-deductible cost, without VAT deduction).

You therefore receive two documents per order, and both are tax-deductible costs. Your final price and payment method stay the same.
